Foundation Academy

Master the science and practical application of the fundamentals of nutrition from a certified and evidence-based source, a course certified by CIMSPA and The AfN.

Over ten animated video modules alongside a course textbook you’ll learn the fundamental science of nutrition and how to apply it in the real world. Covering the macro and micro nutrients, sleep, hydration, fibre, supplements, and more.

This is our entry level nutrition course and thus you do not need any prior nutritional knowledge. It will take approximately 30-40 to complete the course and module by module assessments.

Practical Academy
